Returns labels are created by the shipping provider. They may limit the time you have to process a return label. If you are with-in the 30 day return policy and cannot create a label please contact us for assistance.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanged items will be shipped to you at no charge.
The Equestrian Connection & FoxHuntingShop.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee or the exchange of merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Item must arrive in the store within the 30 day period. Exchange, credit or refund amount will be based on the price paid. For return or exchange, the product MUST be in original, new condition, customers must have all original tags, all packaging must be in good condition, no shipping labels, postage, labels or any other written addresses on boxes. If product boxes are returned with any stickers, tags, labels or writing, a 30% restock fee will be charged. Shipping is not refundable.

BIT RETURN POLICY
Bits may be returned following the above return policy. If you have placed the bit in your horse’s mouth to check size please let us know so we can properly sterilize it.
CUSTOM BOOT POLICY
We are dependent on you, the customer, measuring accurately for your custom boot order. The boots will be made to your specifications (online orders – put measurement in the text box; phone orders – measurements to be confirmed verbally). We are not responsible for errors in the measurements provided by the customer – NO RETURN on custom boots. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer does not produce the boots to the agreed upon specifications, we will make appropriate corrections. Please call us and we will advise you on the return procedures in this instance.
HELMET RETURN POLICY (Strictly followed for Safety)
Helmets may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The Helmet must be in new condition, with original tags still Attached and no stains inside (ie… Sweat or Make-up) If the helmet is returned with any signs of use/wear it will be shipped back to the customer with shipping costs charged to the customer. A warn Helmets cannot be resold for safety purposes.
STOCK SIZE BOOT TRIAL & RETURN POLICY
Stock size boots must be returned within 10 days of purchase. This allows shipping time plus a day to try on the boots. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You MUST keep the boots in new condition. Please do not wear the boots out of doors, please do not ride in the boots. After you have tried on the boots, please call to let us know if you plan to keep or return them. If the boots do not fit, you should call 479-899-6576 and we will advise you on the return procedures. All product boxes must be in new condition, No shipping labels, tape, or any other markings on the boxes. If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee of the boot price.
Used and Consignment Items
Used and consignment items are sold with the understanding from the consigner that they are safe. The Equestrian Connection does not warrant the quality or safety of any used or consigned item. We do not sell used Helmets or stirrup leathers for safety reasons.
NO RETURN ON CLOSEOUTS OR SPECIAL ORDERS
Shipping – Orders Typically Ship with-in 1 or 2 Days of your order being placed. Orders placed after 2:00 pm cst. will be processed the next business day. Orders over the weekend will Ship on the following business day (Typically Monday). All packages will be shipped based on the shipping you selected. If Free Shipping is available we will ship your products via US Postal Service (USPS). If you will not be home to receive your package, you must leave a note telling your mailperson to leave the package or they will not leave it. They should leave a note for you to pick your package up at the post office should you not be there to receive it.
International Shipping - The website calculates international shipping. Pick your option. You maybe responsible for addition Duties/fees based on your country of origin. You are responsible for the cost of any return shipping if the item needs to be returned or exchanged.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY (When Available)
Customers who receive FREE shipping, and returned item(s) per the stated “Trial & Refund Policies,” The following flat rate shipping charges apply. Items returned valued under $50 will be charged $9.95. Items valued over $50 will be charged $14.95. These charges will be deducted from customer’s refund/credit.

Sales Tax is collected for orders shipped to the State of Arkansas.
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to the state the order is shipped to.
